How to: Wear a quilted vest

Plain and simple! Layer your quilted vest with a basic long sleeve tee underneath. To take it to the next level, add a fun statement necklace like the one above. It makes the outfit less casual but not too dressy.

A cowl neck or turtle neck sweater or top is the perfect piece to wear with your quilted vest. It adds interest to the neckline and is a comfy outfit for fall/winter. Plus, no necklace is necessary. Try wearing a watch or fun bracelet to spice up the look. To see cute cowl neck/turtle neck tops, click here.

Chambray tops are a fall favorite for sure! They look great layered under quilted vests and a great finishing touch is rolling up the sleeves. Don’t be afraid of denim on denim. Wear a lighter wash top and a dark wash jean.

Plaid is a must have for fall! And it looks great paired with a quilted vest. It gives it the perfect fall feel and is trendy! Shop our favorite plaid top here.

You might not think a vest would look good with a dress, but it is such a cute look! Especially for transitioning into fall, you can take your fave summer dress and make it look more season appropriate by adding a quilted vest. Check out some gorgeous dresses here.

Most classic look ever! Stripes look great with vests and fashion forward. This is such a clean crisp look for heading into the new season. Great stripe pieces can be found here.

Infinity scarves are so nice because you don’t have to fuss with how to tie it. I love the plaid print also. For a similar plaid infinity scarf, click here.
